Today we left on a 2 hour trip, and decided to do our Whalespotting Route, as all onboard were keen - 35 Minutes into the trip a whale was spotted, much to everyones delight. As we now know for sure Whales are in the area, we will be starting our 3 hour trips from Monday 7th June. |

We will be stopping scheduled sailings from the end of September 2009 - We will still be available for group charters and other runs using our sheltered boat. Keep an eye on us though as we have NEW & BIG Plans for 2010, new trips new ideas and new......??

Even after our spate of poor weather - when out today we had a great sighting of 2 Whales feeding, and an Otter on the way in ..... |

We have had the best sightings of the year to date in the last week, With many Whale sightings and Basking Sharks - Today when out on our 3 hour trip we saw around 5 Whales and - unusually 6 Basking Sharks - !!

All sightings are going well - Our most recent all day trip was a great one with Whales - Dolphins - And even a basking shark to end the day with 50m from the Pier!
Bottlenose Dolphins have been performing well and Many Common Dolphins being seen on our 2 and 3 hour trips, not forgetting our local Porpoise being reliable as ever.
Bird sightings are going well - with Gannets, Shearwaters quite a few chicks about and the odd flight of Puffins.
August is looking good - lets hope the weather thinks the same.

Our all day Whalespotting trip Initial schedule is :
Weds 15th July - Weds 22nd - Weds 29th - Fri 31st - Weds 5th August - Mon 10th August - Weds 19th.
These are unique and unmissable trips.

We will start running from the 22nd march 2008 for the season. As the weather looks like being a bit stormy and cold we will be using our sheleterd boat for the time being (It is fully heated) for Easter week, the from then on we will run on a Mn/Weds/Fri & saturday. |
